Refund policy

All of our products are final sale, however, if your product arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please email us at petals@tulipefievre.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

We do not exchange or refund a products based on a dislike of the scent, we always suggest you start with one of our Discovery Sets to sample the scents before purchasing a full size bottle. 

Shipping policy

We currently ship within the USA only.

We generally process orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order leaves our studio Shipping times are typically 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order ships that will include your tracking information.
